A Laravel application template intended as a starting point for new projects. It provides a clean Laravel 12 setup with a Filament 4 admin panel, role-based access, audit logging, health monitoring, and automated backups, so you can start building features instead of repeating common setup steps.

Admin Panel

Filament Panel at /app — A single default Filament panel with login, registration, and a profile page. The root URL / redirects to the panel dashboard.
User Management — A Users resource with name, email, password, and role fields, backed by policies.
Roles & Permissions — Spatie Permissions with a Super Admin role. Permissions are generated per model as <Model>.view, .create, .update, and .delete.
Activity Log — A read-only Activity resource backed by Spatie Activity Log. The User model logs changes to name and email.
Email Log — Every outgoing email is stored (headers, HTML and text bodies, attachments, raw .eml) and browsable in a Communication group.
SMS Log — A Vonage-backed SendSmsJob queues messages and records sent ones in an SMS resource.

Operations

Health Monitoring — A Health Check Results page (Super Admin only) registering environment, debug mode, database, Horizon, schedule, and disk space checks via Spatie Health.
Log Viewer — A View Log page in the Settings group (Super Admin only) that excludes Horizon log files.
Automated Backups — Scheduled backup:clean and backup:run every Friday, plus a heartbeat check every minute.
Error Tracking — Sentry integration for the backend and an optional browser DSN for the frontend.
Cloud Storage — AWS S3 filesystem driver included.
Deployment — A Laravel Envoy deploy story that pulls, installs, migrates, and builds assets.

Laravel Cashier is installed and the User model uses the Billable trait, but this template ships no checkout routes or billing pages. For subscription billing, see the SaaS Template.

Who It Is For

Developers who want to start a Laravel project from a working baseline: authentication, an admin panel, permissions, auditing, and operational tooling are already wired. It suits internal tools, back-office applications, and custom products that do not need subscription billing out of the box.
